Medicare - Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Centers - Irving, IL.

Medicare is a federal health insurance program that helps pay for medical healthcare services for individuals living in the U.S. who are either disabled or 65 and older. For individuals who do have Medicare and need addiction recovery services in Irving, this program will pay for certain rehabilitation programs and treatment services. Medicare comes in different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering different forms of care.

Part A (Insurance for Hospital Stays) - Medicare Part A covers inpatient substance rehabilitation, and up to 60 days in treatment without a co-pay but individuals will be required to pay a deductible. Medicare only covers a total of 190 days of inpatient care, as in during the individual's lifetime.

Part B (Medical Insurance) ? Medicare Part B pays up to 80% of the costs associated with outpatient drug and alcohol rehab. Part C (Medicare-approved Private Insurance) Medicare Part D is an alternative for clients who want additional coverage in addition to Medicare Parts A, B, and D. Individuals who have Part C can have more options available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D covers substance abuse related medications. Including medications used for withdrawal symptoms during detoxification and those required for maintenance therapy such as methadone or buprenorphine.
