Substance abuse facilities for Vets are essential for the mental health and overall stability of Vets of all branches of the military. Because substance abuse and other mental health disorders are found at higher than average rates among Veterans, it is important that Veterans get the help they need because of such high rates of suicide also associated with these disorders with Veterans.
