Access to Recovery Voucher - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Programs - Springfield, MA.

ATR is a federally-funded program which makes it possible for qualified people to access addiction treatment programs and support including inpatient, regular outpatient, intensive outpatient, continuing care, counseling, recovery and life coaching, skills building, vocational training, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program provides individuals with vouchers to acquire treatment and recovery support services for addiction disorders at the provider of their choice.
