It too is taken daily, and is priced around $450 per month. Naltrexone is an additional medication taken in opioid maintenance therapy, but unlike the other drugs mentioned here it's an opiate blocker and isn't an opiate. There is an option to take this medication as a monthly shot, and that is called Vivitrol. As an opioid blocker, the drug prevents a person from experience being high from opioids, and therefore lowers the risk associated with relapse. This daily shot costs anywhere from $1000 to $1200 /month.
