ATR is a federally-funded plan which provides the means for individuals to access treatment facilities and support including inpatient programs, intensive outpatient, regular outpatient, continuing care, counseling, life coaching and recovery support, skills building, vocational training, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program provides individuals with vouchers to acquire rehabilitation and recovery support services for addiction disorders at the provider of their choice.
