The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government department responsible for health efforts to advance the mental health of the U.S.. One of its responsibilities is the administering of opioid rehab facilities, which are programs that provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are in the midst of opioid addiction and dependency.
